3.4 Account Verification (KYC). x777 ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. x777 ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
x777 ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; or (d) the account has been inactive for an extended period. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x777 ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. As a general guide, the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100, though specific limits may vary by payment method.
